We have found great success testing our athletes daily to check progress and much more. We have state of the art equipment to test vertical, speed, strength, and much more. Duties:
- Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and abilities
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide dietary recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Experience working with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and provide positive reinforcement
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields is a plus
- Lifeguard or martial arts experience is a plus
- Previous experience working with children or in childcare is a plus
